About the project

BEE was contracted by Bowker Asia Ltd as the green building consultant to oversee the construction and design of their new garment facility located in Cambodia. In order to achieve a sustainable construction process, BEE incorporated an array of sustainable practices, which realized a 40% reduction in water usage, a considerable increase in healthy ventilation rates, and a sophisticated indoor lighting system to enhance the indoor environmental quality (IEQ) and, ultimately, the health & wellbeing of Bowker’s factory team. In addition to our construction and design consultation, BEE also provided a full MEP consultancy to reduce the impact of the building’s operations on the environment and improve the health of the indoor space.
