• Energy Efficiency: Achieved 36% energy savings by incorporating daylight sensors and high-efficiency lighting throughout the building.
• Water Conservation: Realized 42% water savings through the integration of advanced water management systems.
• Indoor Air Quality: Optimized air quality with an advanced monitoring system, high efficiency filtration system, creating a healthier environment for employees.
• Construction Waste Management: The project diverted 82% of construction waste from the landfill by reusing it onsite/offsite and send it to recycling companies.
• Ongoing Monitoring: The management team continues to track building performance using the BMS system, waste management records, and green education initiatives for occupants—ensuring a long-term impact.
