First project in the world to have achieved the LEED v4 Certification

Haworth, a world leader in office furniture, hired BEE to provide LEED and Commissioning services for Haworth Showrooms in Shanghai, Singapore, Beijing, and Hong Kong. We are proud to say that all of the 5 green building projects have achieved the LEED Gold rating certification in addition to using rapidly renewable and recycled sustainable materials in the interior finishing and furniture as well as having increased outside views and day lighting to improve the overall office ergonomics.

The Haworth Organic Offices in both Beijing and Shanghai successfully obtained a LEED GOLD Certification for Commercial Interiors (CI) under the new version 4 rating system. With our Beijing project, located in Parkview Green, being the First project in the world to achieve LEED v4 Certification, with the Shanghai Organic Office, at the Kerry Center, achieving the First ever WELL Certification in Asia. This is a testament not only to Haworth’s commitment to sustainability, but also to LEED and WELL’s increasingly international recognition.
